Fitness Friday! Does your family need something active to do while staying inside? Build an obstacle course inside using items you can find in your home like painter’s tape, string, paper streamers, pillows, etc. Stay active and stay safe!

Come grab a lunch @calibrarysystem from 11-12:30.

Grab and Go Meals available at Dee Brown, McMath, and Williams libraries today from 11-1.

This Fitness Friday we want to encourage you to utilize the many free online sources there are to stay active while you are home. There are plenty of free Zumba, yoga, and other fun fitness classes on YouTube that accommodate every skill level. Many fitness apps like Peloton are offering extended free trails during this time so everyone can have access to almost any fitness class of their choice.
