Volunteer

The easiest way to get involved with Be Mighty Little Rock is by becoming a volunteer. With your help, youth in Little Rock will be able to eat, play, and learn in a healthy, active, and safe environment.

Volunteers are an integral part of the meals program. Volunteers must be 16 to 65 years of age. Volunteers under 18 must have parent/ guardian approval. Meals are served from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday- Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Volunteers must arrive 15 minutes before the meal service time begins. For more information and to sign-up as a volunteer with meal distribution, click here. If you have questions or would like more information contact Kay Kay DeRossette at kderossette@cals.org.

Volunteers must sign in and out using the daily log. On the log, you will confirm that you agree to facial coverings and social distancing, that you are free of certain symptoms and fever, that you have not been exposed to someone with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19, and that you have not traveled to a high-risk area as defined by the Arkansas Department of Health. Thank you for helping us protect each other and our community.

If you get tested for COVID-19, please cancel all scheduled volunteer shifts until receiving test results.
